The Solar STEM Program, our flagship initiative, empowers underserved youth, young adults, and reentering individuals by providing hands-on training in solar panel installation and practical STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. By equipping participants with technical skills and workforce-ready competencies, the program opens clear pathways to sustainable careers in the growing renewable energy sector. More than technical training, the program fosters critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, enabling participants to actively contribute to clean energy solutions in their communities.
